This week we've been tackling questions about what we as business owners can do to support our ourselves and our customers during this unusual time. We'll be continuing that discussion today and tomorrow, as always hoping to bring clarity and inspiration.
5.) Are there digital solutions out there that I haven’t researched fully because I haven’t had the time, or that I dismissed because the physical solution I already offered was superior?
I keep a rolling to-do list of digital softwares and solutions that I think might be helpful for my company - things that might add value to my clients, improve our overall customer experience, improve our process, add a new service, make things cheaper, etc. I don’t always have time to fully research and implement these solutions. Now is the perfect time for me to start this exploration.
If you don’t already have a list, think of one thing in your business that you would like to improve. For example, you might want to make creating a work schedule for your employees easier. Then, go ahead and search in Google for that problem and see what options might be available to you. I recommend checking out at least three options before investing a lot of time or money into a solution.
